Nice hotel right in the center of the tourist center of Shanghai. Step out of the hotel and get inundated in the ever-flowing mass of people streaming just a few dozwn meters from the Huangpo river with its impressive skyline. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby, and very comfortable rooms that are so quiet, you forget you are in the middle of a 25mio-metropolis. Would definitely go back there.
The room was very elegant and spacious,the hotel is situated in a a great place just near the Bund. The staff really helpful... The breakfast very good in an elegant bar....
We stayed for four nights in three rooms, and the hotel's location near The Bund and Nanjing Road was excellent. Traveling with four young children and an elderly family member, we appreciated the staff's helpfulness— especially during an unexpected aircon maintenance issue, which was handled professionally by Manager Chloe Yan. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. While the vintage-style hotel only has stairs to the lobby, the staff kindly helped us carry our strollers. Despite minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant and well-serviced stay.
I stay at this hotel regularly for business trips, and it never disappoints. The rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort you could need. The staff is incredibly kind and always goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, making it very convenient for work or leisure. This time, I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite, and it was absolutely outstanding! The attention to detail was impressive, and I have to give a special mention to the view from my terrace 😍Highly recommended!
