Our kid and our guests were all happy and really enjoyed the birthday party. The party host/guide was very approachable and friendly. it's just a shame I forgot her name. One thing that could be improved, though, is the way another staff member handled the ending of our time. While we still had a few minutes left, she announced in a very loud voice, in front of all the guests, that we needed to leave the area because another birthday party was about to start. She didn't come across as friendly at all, and her expression looked quite angry. Also, food should be served hot, could be improved the pizzas and sandwiches. Aside from that, everything else was a wonderful experience. I even felt that our party host was embarrassed by what happened, as she kindly told me we could still take photos first even if we went a few minutes over. Overall, everything was great except for the rude manner of the lady who came with the checklist and told us to pack up and leave. I Still recommend Bounce to others and will give 5 stars.
To start with the positives — the place is big, with a lot of trampolines, and kids’ eyes really light up when they see it. It looks fun and impressive at first glance. However, I would not go there again and I strongly do not recommend it to my friends. 1) Parking You won’t find parking there (this was on a Sunday, I can guarantee it). I arrived 30 minutes early and drove around for almost half an hour looking for a spot. In the end, I had to park somewhere where parking was actually not allowed. I wasn’t the only one in this situation — I honestly thought that if we all got fined, at least I wouldn’t be alone. 2) Delays and lost time Our session was scheduled to start at 12:40, but we were only allowed in just before 1:00 pm. They did apologise for the delay, but the lost 20 minutes were never compensated. On top of that, we were asked to leave 10 minutes before the end so they could clean up. So in total, about 30 minutes of paid time were simply lost. Considering the high price, this was very disappointing. 3) Cake issue They even mixed up the cakes and served one that was partially melted and poorly presented. I understand it was a busy day and there were two similar cakes in different rooms, but still. We specifically chose a green-layer ice cream cake because my daughter does not like chocolate. I brought it in a cooler with ice and asked if it could be stored properly, and they agreed. What made this more concerning is that if my daughter had a chocolate allergy, this situation could have been a serious issue, but it felt like there was no real attention to this detail. The cake we received did not match ours and had a chocolate layer, even though we clearly ordered something different. It was also clearly partially melted, as if it had been sitting out and not properly kept frozen. When I pointed it out, the staff insisted it was ours and said there was no other option. 4) Late child policy We also had one child who arrived late. I understand she was late, but we had already paid for 12 children while only 10 were present at the start. I asked if she could at least be given socks and join us, especially since we had already lost time due to their delay. They refused, saying it was “food time” and she could not enter the trampoline area, so she had to stay in the party room. No flexibility was offered at all. Overall, the place itself is large and visually impressive, but the experience was very poorly organised. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.
Bins near cafe were overflowing for the couple of hours I was there. Rubbish was sitting on a table for condiments. All sauces bottles were empty so no luck if you were hoping to get some tomato sauce with your chips. Bathrooms were dirty, floor was wet, only one toilet was working and the other one was out of order, no paper towels to wipe hands dry. Tables in the cafe weren’t wiped once and were all absolutely filthy. $9 large chips looked rather small. Rubbish on the cafe floor everywhere. Huge cues to get checked in on arrival so we ended up being late to the session we payed for. Parking was full too.. From my perspective this is all a result of poor management. I didn’t see any managers helping on the floor unfortunately. All staff very lovely and working hard to get everything done but very clearly understaffed. Great trampolines, great staff and kids loved it but the hygiene, crowd management, time management need heaps of improvement.
The kids had an amazing time! They loved everything, especially the trampolines. It's a huge playland for everyone. I totally recommend it. The staff are super friendly and professional, too. And the cafeteria has a good menu.
A great place for kids to enjoy physical activity. However, it gets very busy on weekends, and parking is limited. The café upstairs was quite dirty — the tables were extremely greasy, and the chairs need a thorough cleaning. The bench has been dirty for quite some time and also needs attention. I didn’t check the toilets, but I’d assume they might need cleaning as well. Please take better care of the premises and maintain the standard your customers expect.. Thank you.
